通过于1997 年~1998 年施用炭醋肥,研究其对蔬菜产量与品质的效应。结果表明,在氮、磷、钾肥基础上施用炭醋肥可使供试蔬菜增产929 % ~169 % ,维生素C 含量提高436 % ~892 % ,硝酸盐含量降低961 % ~110 %
Through the application of carbonated fertilizer from 1997 to 1998, the effect on vegetable yield and quality was studied. The results showed that the application of carbonated vinegar on the basis of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers could increase yield of vegetables by 929% ~ 169%, vitamin C by 436% ~ 892% and nitrate by 9 61% ~ 11 0%
