报道了采用激光二极管端面抽运a轴切割的Nd:YVO4晶体自拉曼和频激光的实验研究。从谐振腔结构、晶体膜系以及和频晶体的选择方面对激光系统进行了设计,对连续运转和声光调Q下和频激光器的性能进行了研究。以KTP晶体为和频晶体,在12W的抽运功率下,获得了580mW的558.6nm连续黄绿激光输出,光-光转化效率为5%。在17.5W的抽运功率和30kHz的声光调Q重复频率下,获得了最高平均功率为1.71W、脉冲宽度为21ns的黄绿激光输出,光-光转化效率为9.8%。
The experimental study on Nd: YVO4 crystal self-Raman and frequency laser using laser diode end-face pumping was reported. The laser system was designed from the aspects of resonator structure, crystal film system and frequency crystal selection, and the performance of continuous operation and acousto-optic Q-switched and frequency laser was studied. With KTP crystal as the sum frequency crystal, 580mW continuous yellow-green laser output of 558.6nm was obtained at the pumping power of 12W, and the light-to-light conversion efficiency was 5%. Under the pumping power of 17.5W and the acousto-optic Q-switching repetition rate of 30kHz, the output of yellow-green laser with the highest average power of 1.71W and the pulse width of 21ns was obtained, and the light-to-light conversion efficiency was 9.8%.
