利用CHA(化学杂交剂)诱导小麦雄性不育,是小麦杂种优势利用的重要途径之一.目前.世界上许多国家致力于新型CHA的合成与筛选.继Hybrex(RH0007)、WL84811之后,美国又合成筛选出LY1952-59、MON21200、Sc2053等.据报道苏联最近也合成了一种新型CHA.我国天津市农科院与美国Sogetal公司合作,引进并试验了Sc2053.我校于1991年开始对Sc2053进行合作研究.现将Sc2053诱导小麦雄性不育的研究初报如下.
