目的:比较党参超微粉及党参普通粉末中多糖的含量。方法:以无水葡萄糖为含量测定指标,以苯酚硫酸法测定党参超微粉及党参普通粉末中多糖含量。结果:党参3批普通粉末多糖的平均含量为18.73%,3批党参超微粉多糖的平均含量为23.47%,多糖的溶出率比普通粉末高25.3%。结论:首次对党参超微粉中多糖进行研究,表明党参超微粉中多糖含量明显高于普通粉末。
Objective: To compare the content of polysaccharides in Codonopsis micropowder and Codonopsis common powder. Methods: The content of polysaccharide in Codonopsis pilosula and Codonopsis pilosula was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Results: The average content of three batches of Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide was 18.73%. The average content of three batches of Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide was 23.47%. The polysaccharide dissolution rate was 25.3% higher than that of common powder. Conclusion: The first study on polysaccharides in Codonopsis micropanutum showed that the polysaccharide content of Codonopsis micropanutum was significantly higher than that of ordinary powder.
