政策制定的理论依据和惯常做法是基于同质的目标群体、就总体统计平均意义而言的,而本文介绍我国高校毕业生就业实验的具体设计、运行和结果处理情况,主要通过考察起薪标准与就业率的关系来分析求职活动中个体行为的异质性和复杂性,是受经济、心理和社会等多方面因素综合影响的。本文指出用实验经济学方法研究异质性个体择业行为特征的独特优势;研究宏观调控政策与异质的微观主体特性相匹配时的针对性、区分度和有效性,提出以学生等求职者为本、尽量发挥高校关键作用的多元化就业政策建议。
The theoretical basis and common practice of policy making are based on the same target group, in terms of the average meaning of the overall statistics. This article introduces the concrete design, operation and result processing of employment experiments for college graduates in our country. And the employment rate to analyze the heterogeneity and complexity of individual behavior in job search activities is affected by a combination of economic, psychological and social factors. This paper points out the unique advantages of using experimental economics to study the characteristics of heterogeneous individual careers.
