本文利用圆波导中螺钉电纳的经验公式,用计算机辅助分析螺钉极化器的螺钉对数、间距等与相位和驻波的关系。给出了一组工程上十分有用的曲线。为了改善螺钉极化器的性能,采用简便易行的压椭方法来进行和或差的相位补偿。根据这些计算分析,提出了螺钉极化器的设计方法和设计时应注意的一些问题。实测表明,在5.856.65GHz的12.8%带宽内轴比小于0.25dB,计算结果和实测结果十分吻合。本文所介绍的设计方法适用工作频率大于1.06fc与略小于2.08fc(fc为波导截止频率)的频率范围。
In this paper, the empirical formula of screw susceptance in circular waveguide is used to analyze the relationship between the phase and the standing wave of screw polarizer screw pairs, pitch and so on. A set of engineering-useful curves is given. In order to improve the performance of the screw polarizer, a simple and easy method of pressure ellipsometry is used to perform the phase compensation or the poor phase compensation. According to these calculation and analysis, the design method of screw polarizer and some problems should be noticed when designing. The measured results show that the internal ratio of 12.8% bandwidth at 5.856.65GHz is less than 0.25dB, and the calculated results are in good agreement with the measured results. The design method described in this article applies to the frequency range where the operating frequency is greater than 1.06fc and slightly less than 2.08fc (fc is the waveguide cutoff frequency).
