本文以花园口站“96·8”一号洪峰为中心，从三花间各支流的降水及产汇流情况入手，分析“96·8”洪水的成因，并就降水产生的洪水在河南测区各支流及干流的行进情况逐一分析。从宏观上对该次洪水的异常特性作以定性分析。
