目的掌握兰州军区放射工作人员受照剂量水平与防护现状,以进一步加强放射防护管理,保护放射工作人员健康。方法使用BR2000D微机热释光剂量仪和热释光个人剂量计对所属该军区放射工作人员进行剂量监测。结果2004—2008年间共监测外照射个人剂量454人次,年均剂量当量为0.015~0.39 mSv,总集体剂量当量为77.079 m an.mSv。2004—2008年放射诊断、放射治疗及核医学工作人员受照剂量都在逐渐下降。结论5年来,该军区放射防护工作明显加强,防护条件明显改善。应加强对个别单位及个人进行强制性剂量监测。加强全区放射工作人员防护知识培训,继续提高放射卫生防护水平。
Objective To understand the dose level and protection status of radiation workers in Lanzhou Military Region so as to further strengthen the radiation protection management and protect the health of radiation workers. Methods The BR2000D microcomputer thermoluminescence dosimeter and thermoluminescence personal dosimeter were used to monitor the radiation workers in this military region. Results A total of 454 personal doses of external radiation were monitored during 2004-2008. The average annual dose equivalent was 0.015-0.39 mSv and the total collective dose equivalent was 77.079 m an.mSv. The doses of radiation diagnostic, radiotherapy and nuclear medicine staff declined in 2004-2008. Conclusion In the past five years, radiological protection in the military region has been significantly strengthened and the protection conditions have been significantly improved. Mandatory dose monitoring should be strengthened for individual units and individuals. We will step up training of radiation workers in the whole region and continue to raise the level of radiation protection.
