交谈作为护理人员与患者沟通的一种手段和基本功,其效果如何,取决于能否恰当地运用各种交谈技巧。只有将技巧的运用与情感的注入结合起来,才能对患者的依从性产生正面影响,建立良好的护患关系,从而有利于患者的康复。
The effectiveness of conversations as a means of nurse-patient communication with patients and their basic skills depends on the appropriate use of a variety of conversation skills. Only by combining the use of skills and emotional injections can positive impact on patient compliance and establishment of a good nurse-patient relationship, which can be beneficial to the patient’s recovery.
