为了探索改良加藤氏厚涂片法检出钩虫卵效果的影响因素,我们于1988年采用不同的实验条件进行了观察,结果如下。一、材料和方法设若干组,采用改良加藤氏厚涂片法(下称 Kato—Katz)法,取新鲜粪便涂片后在温度一定,透明时间各异和不同温度、不同透明时间的条件下镜检,记录检获的钩虫卵数;同时以钩蚴培养法作对照。Kato—Katz 法和钩蚴培养法均按《全国人体寄生虫分布调查实施细则》的要求进行。
In order to explore the influencing factors for improving the effect of detecting hookworm eggs by Kato’s thick smear method, we observed in 1988 different experimental conditions and the results are as follows. First, materials and methods set up a number of groups, using improved Kato-Katz method (hereinafter referred to as Kato-Katz) method, take fresh stool smear after a certain temperature, transparent time and different temperatures and different transparent time conditions Microscopic examination, record the number of seized hookworm eggs; at the same time as the control method of in vitro culture. The Kato-Katz method and the method for the culture of the atarum are all conducted according to the requirements of the “Implementing Rules of the Survey on the Distribution of Human Parasites in China”.
