①目的通过对甘肃栽培柴胡与野生品的生药学比较研究,确定柴胡品质的评价依据。②方法采用传统鉴别和现代科学技术手段相结合的研究思路和方法,从来源、性状、显微及理化等方面对甘肃野生与栽培柴胡进行比较研究,确定其品质优良度。③结果甘肃野生柴胡与栽培品在性状方面存在较大差异;有效成分含量也有所不同。④结论今后应加强甘肃柴胡的合理开发与利用。
Objective To compare the pharmacognosy of Bupleurum chinense and its wild products in Gansu province and determine the basis for the evaluation of Bupleurum quality. ② Methods Using the research methods and methods of traditional identification and modern science and technology, the author made a comparative study on the wild and cultivated Bupleurum from the sources, traits, microscopic and physical and chemical aspects to determine the quality of Bupleurum. Results The wild Bupleurum and cultivars in Gansu Province had significant differences in traits; the content of active ingredients was also different. ④ Conclusions The reasonable development and utilization of Bupleurum in Gansu should be strengthened in the future.
