涡轮螺栓是我公司引进法国的涡轴8发动机上的一个关键零件.其形状和加工要求如图1. 该零件材料为镍基合金Ni—19Cr17Co4MO3Al3Ti.经热处理后强度很高.车铣加工粘刀非常厉害,刀子磨损特别快,磨削加工时去余量0.03~0.05毫米就要修整砂轮,又加之零件又细又长,两处小外圆只有φ11毫米,容易变形.这么小的内螺纹在国内还没有听到哪家工厂磨过,成了加工关键.我们加工的头批零件通过法国考核和试车全部合格.我们采用的办法是:将国产S7332螺纹磨床稍加改装.即增加冷却液压力泵系统,调成压力5~10公斤,以便于充分冷却;将原来的内螺纹磨具换成高频
