一、前言随着电子技术的不断发展,电子设备的冷却设计与电路设计已提到同等重要的地位,它是电子设备获得高可靠性和低故障率的重要保证。目前应用于电子设备的换热器有列管式、螺旋管式、螺旋板式、扳翅式等。由于扳翅式传热效率高,结构紧凑,轻巧而牢固,本文主要介绍某舰载设备行波管冷却系统中所使用的水—空气扳翅式换热器的结构特点、结构参数的设计计算以及使用效果等。
