执法监督与业务指导是协调统一的关系。业务指导是执法监督必须遵循的原则及履行的义务和职责。执法监督是从实际出发进行业务指导的必然要求和重要环节。两者体现在档案事业规范化、科学化管理发展的全过程。一、摆正两者的关系,坚持业务指导与执法监督同步的原则(一)档案业务指导工作是档案工作的基础和后盾。执法监督工作是做好指导工作的依据和保证,做好档案工作不能失去任何一个重要方面,好比一个合唱队的指挥和乐队,缺少哪一个都不能产生最佳的效果。
