焦优化、聚焦执行,公用事业部着力——镇海炼化的机动设备管理按照“行政管理集约化、技术管理专业化、运行管理现场化”的要求,以“专业化”为重点,以“信息化”为平台,以“人力资源”为保障,以“三项制度”为基础,以“相关方合作”为支撑,五方面共同作用,形成了“职责清晰、资源优化、管理高效、运行可靠”的具有镇海特色的现代设备管理新模式。公用事业部学习镇海炼化采用多种学习方式,持续学,持续比,持续改进。2012年8月和2013年2月,先后两次组织设备管理人员前往镇海炼化电气部学习取经。并通过中心组学习、管理干部培训班等形式,对镇海炼化值得学习借鉴和推广的经验进行了深入系统的学习。完成了《创新带动发展,规划引领建设》为主题的变配电建设规划策划书,提出了聚焦优化、聚焦执行,全力打造专业化、流程化、信息化的公用工程设备管理新模式的目标。
