本文系根据近几年来车辆部门运用现代设备管理理论,在设备管理方面取得的经验,按专题分别提出一些意见。这些专題共分十项:一、设备的目标管理。二、重点设备的管理。三、设备的项目修理。四、设备的故障管理。五、设备的前期管理。六、设备的日常点检。七、设备的状态维修。八、设备的精度指数。九、设备的工程能力指数。十、开发智力培训人才。这些意见可供车辆部门设备管理工作者参考。应用时应结合本单位情况,并不断总结经验,使设备的现代化管理工作日臻完善。
This article is based on the use of modern equipment management theory of the vehicle department in recent years, the experience gained in the equipment management, according to the topic separately put forward some opinions. These topics are divided into ten items: First, the goal of equipment management. Second, the key equipment management. Third, the project equipment repair. Fourth, equipment fault management. Five, pre-equipment management. Six, the daily check equipment. Seven, the state of equipment maintenance. Eight, equipment accuracy index. Nine, equipment engineering capacity index. Ten, the development of intellectual training personnel. These comments are made available to the vehicle department equipment manager for reference. Application should be combined with the situation of the unit, and continue to sum up experience, equipment, modern management is improving.
