改革开放以来,各工会院校在工会干部的理论培训与教育方面取得了很大的成就,但也有不少问题一直未能解决,其中最为突出的就是工会理论教学脱离实际的问题。从江西省的情况来看,1987年至1995年,我校共举办过校内的规范化岗位培训班33期,根据每期主席班结束时进行的教学效果评价座谈会的反映以及对结业学员进行追踪调查的结果表明,学员对教学活动中反映最大、意见最多的一直是脱离实际的问题,具体而言主要有以下三个方面:第一,教学内容与实际需
