Yan Xinghua: The editorial board of the “Architectural Journal” was held in Hefei City, Anhui Province in 1998. The architects from the four major colleges of Tsinghua, Tongji, Southeast and Tianjin, and the design institutes of various regions of the country gathered together with some construction experts.
