激光疗法正在成为一种安全、有效的ＴＵＲＰ的替代疗法。本文综述了非接触式激光疗法在前列腺增生症治疗中的有效性、安全性，并讨论了影响疗效的有关因素和该疗法尚存在的问题及发展趋势。
Laser therapy is becoming a safe and effective alternative to TURP. This review summarizes the effectiveness and safety of non-contact laser therapy in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and discusses the factors affecting the efficacy and the existing problems and trends of the therapy.
