对不同基体球铁的抗热疲劳性作了实验研究。结果表明,在活塞使用温度范围内,下贝氏体基体具有很高的耐热疲劳性;加入合金元素有利于基体的抗热疲劳性提高;回火则使基体的抗热疲劳性下降。
The thermal fatigue resistance of different matrix ductile iron was experimentally studied. The results show that the lower bainite matrix has high thermal fatigue resistance under the operating temperature range of the piston. The addition of alloying elements improves the thermal fatigue resistance of the matrix and the tempering decreases the thermal fatigue resistance of the matrix.
