隧道施工的造价控制涉及到管理学,技术,经济学等学科的知识,规划者要根据施工各个方面的情况去安排最合理的施工计划,从而达到最大程度的控制其造价成本的目地。隧道工程施工应该在保证工期、质量、安全等前提条件下最大程度的降低在这个项目施工中需要的费用。这有利于整个企业收益的提高,这样也能做到资源利用的最大化。合同管理可以很好的利用法律这个手段对人们造成约束,对保护企业的合法利益有很大的帮助,另外也能有效的确保工作的规范运行以及有效完成。最后本文通过结合梅大高速六标的案例来说明控制好隧道工程的合同管理以及造价成本对企业的发展有何重大的意义。
