目的:建立利用近红外光谱技术快速测定制何首乌中水分的方法。方法:烘干法测定135批制何首乌中的水分,采用标准归一化法,二阶导数法对近红外光谱进行预处理,结合偏最小二乘法建立何首乌中水分的定量分析模型。结果:所建立的模型,内部交叉验证系数达到0.990 71,校正均方差为0.152,预测均方差为0.175,内部交叉验证均方差为0.482 57。结论:该方法方便、准确、可靠、重复性好,可快速测定制何首乌中的水分。
Objective: To establish a rapid method for determination of water content in Polygonum multiflorum by near infrared spectroscopy. Methods: The moisture in 135 batches of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb was determined by the drying method. The normalized method and the second derivative method were used to pretreat the near infrared spectroscopy. Partial least square method was used to establish the quantitative analysis model of Polygonum multiflorum. Results: The built-in model achieved an internal cross-validation coefficient of 0.99071, a corrected mean square deviation of 0.152, a predicted mean square deviation of 0.175 and an internal cross-validation mean square error of 0.482 57. Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate, reliable, reproducible and rapid determination of water in Polygonum multiflorum.
