正处于从应试教育向素质教育转轨过程中的中学语文教学,由于新闻媒体的介入。又走进了人们的视线,广大语文教师再次成为众说纷纭的对象。是耶,非耶?福兮,锅兮?70年代末以来,语文教学的进步有目共睹,语文教学存在的诸多弊端也早已不是什么新闻,中语界大多数同志对此有相当清醒的认识,并在实践中艰难地探索着改革之路。语文教学上的高耗低效少慢差费,其源盖出于应试教育,它能否从根本上得到改观,取决于大环境的改善,取决于种种因素所形成的“合力”的作用。那种全盘否定当前的语文教学,一味指责语文教师的说法,是与事实不符,很不公平,难以服人的,不利于素质教育在语文学科的贯彻实施。毛泽东说:“没有调查就没有发言权。”斯人虽已去,其言仍煌煌。你若真的关心语文教育,请放下架子到学校来,到语文课堂上来,看看听听问问,再想想该说些什么。“嘤其鸣矣,求其友声。”中语界的广大教师和研究人员正热切期盼着有实事求是之心,无哗众取宠之意的各方朋友,为“道阻且长”的语文教改说实话办实事。为活跃学术气氛,打开教改思路,我们特从湖北教育出版社与本刊联袂合作即将推出的《著名语文特级教师素质教育丛书》中的“答客问难”栏,摘选了几位全国著名特级教师关于语文教学现状与发展趋势的言论,以飨读者。欢迎来稿参与讨论。 We are in the process of transitioning from exam-oriented education to quality education in middle school Chinese language teaching, due to the intervention of news media.
