新课程理念鲜明地确立了学校教育中的主体与主导地位,并强调实现知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观“三维目标”教学。因为在教育教学活动过程中,学生才是教师主导下的学习主体,离开了学生的积极响应和主动配合,教学活动就会事倍功半或者难见成效。作者认为,在初中数学教学过程中,教师要全面围绕“激发学习兴趣、发展学习能力、激活学习情感”的教学目标,努力创新创优教学手段,不断增强教学质效,从而实现初中数学的教学相长。
