本刊讯由中国建筑科学研究院主办的“第四届既有建筑改造技术交流研讨会”日前在北京召开。会议以“十二五”国家科技支撑计划项目“既有建筑绿色化改造关键技术研究与示范”为依托, 以“推动建筑绿色改造,提升人居环境品质”为主题,分设了绿色改造、节能改造、标准政策三个分会场。据悉,我国城乡既有建筑约460亿平方米,近年来,我国各地先后开展了既有建筑的改造工程,并已取得初步成效。北京、上海、天津等城市在既有建筑节能和绿色改造中都积累了丰富的经验,也有很多教训。大会上各地的经验经专家学者的认真总结与梳理,许多大学还
