蝎乃传统中药材,有祛风、止痉、通络、解毒等功用,临床用于治疗癲痫、小儿惊厥及中风后面瘫等疾患。全蝎的醇制剂在体外能抑制人肝癌细胞呼吸,其水和醇提取物分别对人肝癌和结肠癌细胞有抑制作用。但迄今尚未见在体内有抗肿瘤作用的报道。本文观察蝎尾和蝎体提取物对S_(180)肉瘤的抑制作用,现报道如下。
蝎 is a traditional Chinese medicine, has the function of removing wind, stop phlegm, meridians, detoxification, etc., clinically used for the treatment of epilepsy, pediatric convulsions and back palsy after stroke and other diseases. The steroidal alcohol formulation can inhibit the respiration of human liver cancer cells in vitro, and the water and alcohol extracts thereof have inhibitory effects on human liver cancer and colon cancer cells, respectively. However, no anti-tumor effects have been reported in vivo. In this article, we observed the inhibitory effects of appendix and steroid extracts on S 180 sarcoma, which are reported below.
