建立了高效液相色谱-示差折光检测器法测定聚乙二醇修饰脂质体中的单棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱(MPPC)、单硬脂酰磷脂酰胆碱(MSPC)、棕榈酸(PA)和硬脂酸(SA)。使用Symmetry C18色谱柱,甲醇∶THF∶0.15 mol/L乙酸铵溶液∶冰乙酸(79∶6∶11∶4)为流动相。MPPC、MSPC在0.04~0.30 mg/ml,PA、SA在0.02~0.15 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好。回收率分别为101.5%、101.4%、101.4%和99.1%,RSD≤2.0%。
