加强和完善我国文化产业政策对于推动文化产业的发展,提升文化软实力具有重要的意义。我国文化产业政策当前存在政府角色缺失、扶持力度不足、政策稳定性弱、法律法规不完备、多头管理等问题。为进一步完善我国文化产业政策,需要我国政府从转变产业观念、厘清重点,增强政策可持续性、完善产业法制基础、建立集约型管理机制等方面做出努力。
Strengthening and perfecting the policies of our country’s cultural industries are of great significance to promoting the development of the cultural industries and enhancing the soft power of culture. At present, China’s cultural industry policy lacks the role of government, lack of support, policy stability weak, incomplete laws and regulations, long management and other issues. In order to further improve our cultural industry policy, our government needs to make efforts to change its industrial concept, clarify its key points, enhance its policy sustainability, improve the industrial legal basis and establish an intensive management mechanism.
