本文介绍了一种适用于砂岩和石灰岩类油藏并且在浓度很低情况下即可与原油间形成超低界面张力的新型表面活性剂。该表面活性剂可用于三元复合驱、表面活性剂驱以及作为辅助添加剂用于改善水驱驱替效果。它同以往用在三元复合驱和表面活性剂驱的表面活性剂相比 ,具有以下三个优点 :①低表面活性剂浓度。在砂岩油藏的三元复合驱中 ,该表面活性剂在较低浓度且无碱的条件下就可以与原油间形成超低界面张力。对于石灰岩油藏 ,也可与原油间形成超低界面张力 ,但为了减少岩石对活性剂的吸附要适当加入一定浓度的碳酸钠。②具有良好的抗盐效果。研究表明 ,这种表面活性剂在总矿化度 (TDS)约为 1 1× 1 0 4 ppm (其中二价阳离子约为 2 5 0 0ppm)的地层水中 ,表面活性剂浓度只需 0 0 5wt%就可同原油间形成超低界面张力。使用这种表面活性剂不需要对注入水进行处理或软化 ,可大大节省三次采油的成本。③表面活性剂用量低且实现了无碱化 ,减少了腐蚀、结垢和乳化等问题。本文列举了该种新型表面活性剂在模拟砂岩和石灰岩类油藏条件下的应用实例和实验结果。
This paper presents a novel surfactant suitable for sandstone and limestone reservoirs that forms ultra-low interfacial tension with crude oil at low concentrations. The surfactant can be used for ASP flooding, surfactant flooding and as a secondary additive for improving water flooding displacement. Compared with the surfactant used in ASP flooding and surfactant flooding, it has the following three advantages: ① Low surfactant concentration. In ternary compound flooding of sandstone reservoirs, the surfactant can form ultra-low interfacial tension with crude oil at lower concentration and alkali-free conditions. For limestone reservoirs, ultra-low interfacial tension can also be formed with the crude oil, but a certain concentration of sodium carbonate should be properly added in order to reduce rock adsorption to the active agent. ② has a good effect of salt. Studies have shown that this surfactant in the total salinity (TDS) of about 1 1 × 104ppm (divalent cations about 2550ppm) of formation water, the surfactant concentration of only 0 0 5wt % Can form ultra-low interfacial tension with crude oil. The use of this surfactant does not require treatment or softening of the injected water, which can greatly reduce the cost of tertiary recovery. ③ low amount of surfactant and the realization of non-alkaline, reducing corrosion, scaling and emulsification and other issues. This article lists the application examples and experimental results of this new surfactant under simulated sandstone and limestone reservoir conditions.
