1 概述 我厂引进了两台美国CROSS公司生产的活塞精密数控镗床,经厂调试组及美国专家数次来厂调试,其中一台(φ18)活塞销孔镗床粗糙达不到要求,而另一台(φ25)活塞的销孔镗床经调试能达设计要求。两台活塞销孔镗床的结构、尺寸均相同,只是镗头刀杆尺寸不同,经过长期调试,采用多种措施,如主轴系统现场动平衡后仍达不到要求,为了找出镗孔粗糙度达不到要求的原因,我们利用天津大学机械系研制的“旋转机械故障诊断系统”和重庆大学研制生产“DA9010设备状态监测和故障诊断系统”,在天津大学陈家骥教授等五位老师与我厂设备故障诊断人员、维修人员等对(φ18)活塞镗床粗糙度达不到要求的原因进行细致的分析,采用多参数,灰色系统理论方法进行诊断,结果较为理想,方法准确、快速、方便。
1 Overview Our factory has introduced two precision piston boring machines controlled by CROSS, one of which (φ18) piston pin hole boring machine can not meet the requirements while the other Taiwan (φ25) Piston pin hole boring machine debugging can reach the design requirements. Two piston pin hole boring machine structure, size are the same, but the boring head arbor different sizes, after long-term debugging, using a variety of measures, such as the spindle system after the balance of the ground still can not meet the requirements, in order to find the boring roughness Reasons for less than the requirements, we use the Tianjin University Mechanical Department developed the “Rotary Machinery Fault Diagnosis System” and Chongqing University to develop and produce “DA9010 equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system”, Professor Chen Jiaji in Tianjin University, five teachers and I plant Equipment fault diagnosis, maintenance personnel and so on (φ18) piston boring machine roughness less than the reasons for the detailed analysis, the use of multi-parameter, gray system theory diagnostic method, the results are more satisfactory, the method is accurate, fast and convenient.
