克隆得到1条新的香蕉束顶病毒(BBTV)6核苷酸全序列,对其进行序列分析发现,该序列含有2个主要的特征序列CR-SL(Stem-loop common regions)和CR-M(Major common regions)。BBTV6氨基酸进化树结果显示其分成2大类。将6种BBTV组分的序列进行比较发现,6种组分内核苷酸和氨基酸的最高相似性分别为96.10%和98.27%,6种组分间核苷酸和氨基酸最高相似性分别为70.78%和56.24%。6种BBTV组分的核苷酸及其氨基酸进化树将所有分离物按照组分类别分成6组,而6种BBTV组分的CR-M核苷酸序列进化树将所有的分离物按照地域分成2大类。对BBTV的6种组分的蛋白质进行分析,结果表明,各种组分蛋白质的二级结构和理化性质有明显的差异。
A new 6 nucleotide sequence of banana bunchy virus (BBTV) was cloned and sequenced. Sequence analysis revealed that the sequence contains two major sequences, CR-M (CR-S) (Major common regions). BBTV6 amino acid phylogenetic tree shows that it is divided into two categories. The comparison of the sequence of six kinds of BBTV components showed that the highest similarities of the nucleotide and amino acids in the six components were 96.10% and 98.27%, respectively. The highest similarity among the nucleotide and amino acids in the six components was 70.78% And 56.24%. The nucleotide and its amino acid phylogenetic tree of the six BBTV components divided all isolates into 6 groups according to the component classification while the CR-M nucleotide sequence phylogenetic trees of 6 BBTV components divided all the isolates by region 2 categories. The analysis of the proteins of the six components of BBTV showed that the secondary structure and physicochemical properties of the proteins of the various components were significantly different.
