基于交易成本理论,采用半对数多元线性回归模型,分析不同垂直协作模式对茶农绩效的影响。结果表明,紧密型垂直协作模式有利于茶农增收。提高茶农科学文化素质、生产经验及技术水平,防止茶产业副业化有利于提高茶叶生产绩效。要创新茶产业经营体制,发展和完善以家庭承包经营为基础的专业合作社模式、生产合同模式,完善自我履约机制,实行茶农分散种植、合作社或茶叶加工企业提供技术指导以及有统有分、统分结合的茶业经营新模式。
Based on the transaction cost theory, semi-logarithmic multivariate linear regression model was used to analyze the effect of different vertical coordination modes on the performance of tea farmers. The results show that compact vertical cooperation mode is beneficial to tea farmers income. Improve the scientific and cultural quality of tea farmers, production experience and technical level, to prevent the sideline of the tea industry is conducive to improving tea production performance. It is necessary to innovate the management system of the tea industry, develop and improve the professional cooperatives based on family contract management, the mode of production contracts, perfect the self-compliance mechanism, provide technical guidance to scattered planting of tea farmers, cooperatives or tea processing enterprises, The combination of new mode of operation of the tea industry.
