改革开放的深入和商品经济的发展,不仅给国家的经济建设和人民的物质生活带来了巨大的变化,而且使人们的思想观念、生活方式、价值取向等发生了深刻的嬗变。“自我设计”,就是近年来在部分青年中出现并流行的一句时髦口号,它是对个人理想追求、奋斗目标的一种婉转的解说,是青年人在一定的社会环境中对自我价值的再认识,具有较强的主观色彩。部队青年作为社会青年的一部分,自然也会打上这一“烙印”,但由于部队青年所处环境和从事职业的特殊性,决定了他们在“自我设计”上有其不同于地方青年的特点。最近,我们采取问卷、座谈、个别谈心等方式,调查了不同兵种、不同军龄层次的青年战士447名,对当代青年战士的“自我设计”问题作了分析研究。本文试就这个问题谈点粗浅的看法。

As a part of social youth, the armed forces of the armed forces naturally bring this “mark on the mark.” However, the particularity of the environment in which the armed forces are young and the nature of their careers has determined that they have characteristics that are different from those of local youth in “self-design.” Recently, we conducted a survey of 447 youth fighters of different military ranks and different military service levels through questionnaires, seminars and individual dialogues, and analyzed and analyzed the issue of “self-design” of contemporary youth fighters. This article tries to talk about this issue shallow point of view.
