我院自制通关液自1984～1989年应用于临床,对1200例中晚期食管、贲门癌治疗,症状有明显缓解。现总结如下。通关液成份为:盐酸麻黄素50mg,654-210mg,地塞米松磷酸钠5mg,盐酸普鲁卡因1g,硫酸庆大霉素20万u,加适量矫味剂、防腐剂、粘合剂,再加蒸馏水配制成100ml水剂口服,每次于饭前半小时服10ml。临床效果:应用通关液治疗1200例中晚期食管、贲门癌,梗阻症状均有不同程度的缓解,有效率可达90％以上。其中食管癌800例(包括放疗300例,有效
Our home-made clearance fluid was applied in clinical practice from 1984 to 1989. The symptoms of 1200 cases of advanced esophageal and cardiac cancers were significantly relieved. The summary is as follows. The composition of the clearing solution is: ephedrine hydrochloride 50mg, 654-210mg, dexamethasone sodium phosphate 5mg, procaine hydrochloride 1g, gentamicin sulfate 200,000u, plus proper flavoring agents, preservatives, and adhesives. Add distilled water and make it into 100ml water orally. Take 10ml half an hour before meals. Clinical effect: 1200 cases of advanced esophageal and cardiac cancers were treated with Tongguan liquid, and the symptoms of obstruction were all relieved to varying degrees, with an effective rate of more than 90%. Among them, 800 cases of esophageal cancer (including 300 cases of radiotherapy, effective
