研究了在Na_2O-B_2O-3-SiO_2-TEAOH-H_2O体系中合成B-β沸石的规律,根据晶化动力学曲线测得表观成核活化能和晶化活化能分别为152kJ·mol~(-1)和40kJ·mol~(-1),用核磁共振、红外光谱、X射线衍射等方法证明了硼进入分子筛骨架,用红外光谱和TPD研究了HB-β沸石的酸性并用正己烷和异丙苯裂解反应考察了其酸催化活性。
The law of B-β zeolite synthesis in Na 2 O-B 2 O 3 -SiO 2-TEAOH-H 2 O system was studied. The apparent activation energy of nucleation and activation energy of crystallization were 152 kJ · mol ~ (-1) -1) and 40 kJ · mol -1, respectively. The results of NMR, FTIR and X-ray diffraction showed that boron entered the framework of the molecular sieve. The acidity of HB-β zeolite was studied by FT-IR and TPD. Propylbenzene cleavage reaction was investigated for its acid catalytic activity.
