以Mg-8Al-0.5Ca合金为研究对象,利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射分析仪及能谱分析仪等测量手段分析钕对合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:经过钕变质后,合金组织中会析出Al11Nd3、Mg2Ca和β-Mg17Al12,显微组织得到细化和改善。当钕的添加量为0.6%时,组织中可以明显观察到短条状β-Mg17Al12和细针状Al11Nd3,此时合金的力学性能最佳。
Taking Mg-8Al-0.5Ca alloy as the research object, the effect of neodymium on the microstructure and properties of the alloy was analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction analyzer and energy spectrum analyzer. The results show that Al11Nd3, Mg2Ca and β-Mg17Al12 are precipitated in the alloy after neodymium modification, and the microstructure is refined and improved. When the addition amount of neodymium is 0.6%, the short-shaped β-Mg17Al12 and the fine needle-shaped Al11Nd3 can obviously be observed in the microstructure, and the mechanical properties of the alloy are the best.
