首先建立特种炸弹拖车的动力学模型,导出拖车零件对路面激励的频响函数;再根据线性系统和随机过程理论,确定零件动态应力幅值的概率密度函数;最后采用迈纳(Miner)线性累积损伤理论估算零件的疲劳寿命,为拖车的疲劳设计提供参考数据。本文的方法也适用于火炮及其它拖车的疲劳寿命估算。
Firstly, the dynamic model of the special bomber trailer is established and the frequency response function of the trailer parts to the road surface excitation is deduced. The probability density function of the dynamic stress amplitude of the part is determined according to the linear system and stochastic process theory. Finally, The damage theory estimates the fatigue life of the part and provides reference data for the fatigue design of the trailer. The method in this paper also applies to fatigue life estimates of artillery and other trailers.
