以来自北京市5所中学的557名教职员工为被试,采用组织政治知觉问卷、工作满意度问卷和组织公平问卷为主要测量工具,探讨组织公平对组织政治知觉与工作满意度之间关系的调节作用。研究发现:(1)组织公平对总体组织政治知觉与总体工作满意度之间的调节作用不明显;(2)组织公平在行政管理行为政治知觉与内在满意之间具有调节作用;(3)组织公平在上级行为政治知觉和内在满意之间具有调节作用。这表明组织公平对于组织政治知觉与工作满意度之间的关系具有部分调节作用。
A total of 557 faculty members from 5 secondary schools in Beijing were employed as subjects to measure the relationship between organizational justice and organizational political awareness and job satisfaction by using questionnaires on organizational political consciousness, job satisfaction questionnaire and questionnaire on organizational justice Regulatory effect. The findings are as follows: (1) The effect of organizational justice on the overall organizational political awareness and overall job satisfaction is not obvious; (2) organizational justice plays a regulatory role between the political perception of administrative behavior and internal satisfaction; (3) the organizational Fairness plays a mediating role between political consciousness and internal satisfaction of superior behavior. This shows that organizational justice has a partial regulatory effect on the relationship between organizational political awareness and job satisfaction.
