近年来,随着教学改革的进一步深入,对学生在课堂中参与程度的要求越来越高,然而笔者教学中发现,在课堂上能主动与老师、与同学互动的学生还是不够多,有些学生在课后能说会道,但上了课就成了闷嘴葫芦,当然也有些学生倒是喜欢说话,但总感觉是在插嘴,所言和教学没多大关系。要是学生在课堂上不能正确的表述、说出来,教师如何把握学生、把握课堂?又如何去培养学生的思维能力呢?如何确立学生的主体地位呢?针对这一现象,我谈谈我的做法:一、建立良好的师生关系,让学生愿意说新课程对师生关系提出了新的理念,对于我们教师而言,首先要能够转变观念,放下架子与学生交朋友,进行情感交流,这是学生愿意说的前提。为了让学生能够主动说,
