采用扫描电镜、俄歇探针、X射线衍射、热磁分析、热磁分析等方法深入研究了Nl(34)Fe(60)O6合金的显微组织。发现合全的平衡组织由Nd2Fe(17)主相、含氧的富钕相和一个Nd-Fe-O三元铁磁性用(记为T1相)组成,该相在840℃通过Nd2Fe(17)相与富Nd液相的包晶反应形成,它的成分约为Nd(34)Fe(50)O(10),居里温度为180℃.其X射线衍射峰可用点阵常数a=0.771nm、c=2.228nm的四方晶胞标定,该相很可能是Nd-Fe二元系中的亚稳相(A1)含氧后转变而成的稳定相。
The microstructure of Nl (34) Fe (60) O6 alloy was investigated by scanning electron microscopy, Auger probe, X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis and thermal analysis. It was found that the perfect balance of the microstructure consists of the main phase of Nd2Fe (17), the neodymium-rich neodymium phase and a Nd-Fe-O ternary ferromagnetism (denoted T1 phase) passing through Nd2Fe (17) The phase is formed by peritectic reaction with the Nd-rich liquid phase. The composition of the phase is Nd (34) Fe (50) O (10) and the Curie temperature is 180 ℃. The X-ray diffraction peaks can be calibrated with tetragonal cells with a lattice constant of a = 0.771nm and c = 2.228nm. This phase is probably the metastable phase in the Nd-Fe binary system (A1) Into the stable phase.
