根据我部“关于印发《工程造价咨询单位资质管理办法(试行)》的通知”建标[1996]133号和“关于印发《〈工程造价咨询单位资质管理办法(试行)〉实施细则》的通知”建标[1996]316号(以下分别简称《管理办法》和《实施细则》)的规定,经研究,决定从本通知下发之日起开始接受甲级工程造价咨询单位资质申报工作。现将有关事项通知如下:
