在粮食处理中心流程的安装过程中,流管的安装工作量是很大的,而且大多数流管均系法兰盘用紧固螺栓连接,高空作业安装很不方便。这里介绍一种用夹环连接的新装置,其结构简单、安装方便,使用效果好。现将该装置介绍如下。夹环连接装置主要由夹环和调整螺栓两部分组成,如图1所示。
In the process of installation of the food processing center, installation of flow tubes is very heavy, and most of the flow tubes are fastened by fastening bolts with flanges. Therefore, it is very inconvenient to work at high altitude. Here is a new device with a clamp ring, the structure is simple, easy to install, the use of good results. Now introduce the device as follows. Clamp ring connecting device mainly by the clamping ring and adjusting bolt composed of two parts, as shown in Figure 1.
