【目的】通过观察引导式教育结合针刺治疗对学龄前儿童智能发育的影响,探讨对学龄前智力低下儿童行之有效的临床治疗方法。【方法】将60例学龄前智力低下儿童随机分成两组,每组30例。治疗组在知情同意的情况下,指导家庭训练的同时进行引导式教育结合针刺的综合康复治疗。对照组指导家长在家中进行感觉统合、生活自理能力和社会适应能力训练等家庭训练。家庭指导参照《感觉统合训练实用手册》及《特殊儿童的家庭教育》给予指导方案,尽可能保持两组家庭训练的一致性。所有患儿干预前与干预3个月后均进行智能测定。【结果】治疗组总有效率96.66%,对照组总有效率73.33%,干预后治疗组IQ值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组干预前后IQ差值显著大于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】引导式教育结合针刺治疗对学龄前智力低下儿童的智能发育以及智力水平的提高行之有效,值得临床推广应用。
【Objective】 To observe the effect of guided education combined with acupuncture on the intellectual development of preschool children and to explore the effective clinical treatment of pre-school children with mental retardation. 【Methods】 Sixty preschool children with mental retardation were randomly divided into two groups (30 in each group). Under the condition of informed consent, the treatment group guided home-training combined with guided education and comprehensive acupuncture rehabilitation. The control group instructed parents to carry out family training such as sensory integration, self-care ability and social adaptability training at home. Family Guidance refers to the Practical Guide to Sensory Integration Training and Family Education for Special Children to give guidance programs so as to maintain the consistency of family training as far as possible. All children with pre-intervention and intervention after 3 months were measured intelligently. 【Results】 The total effective rate was 96.66% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group. IQ value of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group after intervention (P <0.05); IQ difference of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01). 【Conclusion】 Guided education combined with acupuncture treatment is effective in improving the intelligence development and intellectual development of pre-school-aged children with mental retardation, and is worthy of clinical application.
