本文针对全球价值链下中国体育用品产业集群升级面临的困境,提出了以科学发展观为指导,制定体育用品产业集群发展规划,实施集群升级战略;加大政府支持力度,完善投融资机制,加强知识创新、提升体育用品企业的创新能力,完善中国体育用品质量标准体系,实现标准化生产,加强相关产业链的整合,加快中国体育用品产业转型升级等几点中国体育用品产业集群升级的出路。
In view of the predicament faced by the upgrading of China’s sporting goods industry cluster under the global value chain, this paper puts forward the scientific development concept as guidance, formulating the development plan of sporting goods industry cluster and implementing the strategy of upgrading the cluster; increasing government support, improving investment and financing mechanism, strengthening Knowledge innovation, upgrading the innovation ability of sporting goods enterprises, improving China’s sporting goods quality standard system, realizing standardization production, strengthening the integration of related industrial chains, and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of China’s sporting goods industry are several ways to upgrade China’s sporting goods industrial clusters.
