多胺通过多种不同的机制,介导脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)合成、细胞周期发生和凋亡;维持适当的细胞内多胺,对细胞生长与分化间的平衡,具有决定性的作用。亚精胺/精胺N’-乙酰转移酶(SSAT)定位于细胞内,介导多胺乙酰化。子宫SSAT发动子宫内膜蛋白分泌,与着床的成败有着密切联系。本文研究猪围着床期SSAT基因表达的旁分泌诱导物。 雌猪动情首日12~24 h内交配2次。
Polyamines mediate deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) synthesis, cell cycle progression and apoptosis through a number of different mechanisms; maintaining proper intracellular polyamines is decisive for the balance between cell growth and differentiation. Spermidine / Spermine N’-acetyltransferase (SSAT) is localized intracellularly and mediates polyamines acetylation. Uterine SSAT endometrial protein secretion, and the success of implantation is closely linked. In this paper, we investigated the paracrine inducer of SSAT gene expression in porcine peritoneal implantation. Females mating on the first day of 12 ~ 24 h 2 times.
