1 临床资料 本组512例病人中,男性438人,女性74人。年龄:16～63岁,平均年龄为38.5岁,其中大部分是青壮年人。就诊时间:本人发现病变后2周至半年。有婚外性乱史或不洁性交史者486人,占94％。发病部位:包皮、冠状沟、阴茎头、尿道口、阴道、宫颈及肛门周围等处。其特征为:起初呈淡红色丘疹,逐渐增大隆起、质柔、形成单个或多个疣状物,如乳头状、菜花状、鸡冠状等,略呈红色或污灰色,易糜乱、破溃、形成溃疡、出血。合并症:淋病性尿道炎、非淋病性尿道炎、尿口炎、滴虫性阴道炎、生殖器疱疹、梅毒下疳等。
