我国的经济结构是国有经济为中心,多种经济方式并存,国有经济是我国国民经济的核心组成部分,而国民经济的核心体现机构便是国有企业。国有企业是支撑我国社会经济的中流砥柱,是国民多种所有形式企业的重要组成部分。如今处在科技水平高度发展、社会经济飞速提升的新时期,要使国有企业在促进我国经济更好、更快发展的方面做出更为突出显著的贡献,就需要一支优秀卓越、有远见卓识的国有企业经营管理者队伍。在优秀管理者队伍的领导下,国有企业的运行更稳定高效,为国家社会创造的经济效益才能更高更多。因此,国家社会应当重视国有企业经营管理者队伍的建设培养,从而起到维持国有企业运行经营稳定、促进社会经济高速发展的积极作用。在社会主义建设的新时期的大背景下,本文将从实际出发,理论联系实际,实事求是,积极探索,将新时期大环境下国有企业管理经营者队伍建设理论与实践做一个初步的研究讨论。
