采用理论分析、数值计算和现场试验等手段,研究了支护阻力对巷道围岩应力场的影响,分析了支护阻力对围岩塑性区及其分布形态的作用,对比了塑性区均匀扩展与恶性扩展对巷道变形的影响。认为在常规支护条件下支护阻力对围岩应力场分布影响有限,难以遏制塑性区恶性扩展;塑性区恶性扩展所导致的巷道变形远大于均匀扩展相同面积的巷道变形,控制塑性区恶性扩展是维护巷道围岩稳定的有效途径。以江西高坑矿采动影响下暗皮带斜井的加固为工程背景,研究通过敏感部位局部加强来控制塑性区恶性扩展的方法,提出“整体加固+局部加强”的支护方案并实施。现场实践表明,暗皮带斜井在上覆煤层采动过程中围岩得到较好的控制,保证了该巷道的长期稳定。
The influence of supporting resistance on the stress field of surrounding rock is studied by means of theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and field test. Taking the reinforcement of inclined shaft with dark belt under the influence of mining at Gaokeng mine in Jiangxi Province as the engineering background, the method of controlling the malignant expansion of plastic zone through partial strengthening of sensitive parts was studied, and the support scheme of “integral reinforcement + local strengthening” was put forward and implemented . The field practice shows that the surrounding rock is well controlled during the mining of overlying coal strata in the dark belt inclined shaft to ensure the long-term stability of the roadway.
