(一)我国证券业对外开放现状 1.中国企业的海外融资及国内券商境外业务发展。通过直接上市和间接上市是中国企业海外融资的主要途径。直接上市一般都经过中国政府相应主管部门批准,融资主体一般是国有企业,主要以在香港资本市场融资为主。香港于1999年底推出的创业板市场,为国内民营高科技企业的海外融资提供了一条崭新的渠道。中国企业实现海外融资的另一条途径是间接上市。所谓间接上
