无论是职业类教育还是普通类教育,都不同程度地存在着各种类型的后进生,从这个意义上讲,首先,后进生的转化是学校教育工作永恒的主题,能否及时有效地转化后进生是能否大面积提高教学质量的关键环节。转化后进生工作是实施素质教育的重要内容,是学校工作的重点之一。本文从后进生定义阐述的基础上,分析了后进生的类型特征,形成的原因,并且结合实际对后进生的转化提出了一些方法。
In this sense, first of all, the transformation of backward students is the eternal theme of school education, and whether it can be transformed timely and effectively into a new type of education. Students can improve the quality of teaching a large area of key links. Post-transformation work is an important part of implementing quality education and is one of the focuses of school work. Based on the definition of post-graduation students, this article analyzes the types of post-graduates, the reasons for their formation, and puts forward some methods for the transformation of the students in the future.
